Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. This is such a cool place, what a surprise. GREAT for before and during Saints games, Big bar, and the pizza is amazing. We also had some bacon breadsticks that were so good that we ordered MORE. The balsamic dressing was a perfect balance for the field green salad. The spaghetti and meatballs were fabulous. The meatballs and sauce are housemade and very very good. I must say: the pasta was perfectly al dente. I wasn't expecting this place to be so much fun and so tasty at the same time. We decided to park nearby and found a little GEM.

italian feast sandwich. we ordered for delivery and what a feast indeed. the margarita pizza, was mouth watering, and we gobbled it up. the pastry triangles with spinach and feta were tasty too, but were burnt on the bottom. they still tasted good, and very light, large, and crunchy. two in the order, so it was just right. but the best part of this meal? was definately the italian feast sandwich. rich overtones of anisette on this one. perfectly melded together with genoa, proscuitto, pepperoni, mozzarella, onions, greens and balsamic aioli. the lingering flavors of liquorice? was delightful, and when we finished, we both agreed that it was one of the best meals ever delivered to our home. I am actually wishing there were leftovers, so I could have this for breakfast today. alas, until next time.

We ordered from here again today and I am sad to say the burgers were tasteless and they once again forgot the extra pickles we ordered (they gave us none) . Time to find a new place for delivery :(

I will never order from here again. I ordered a vegetable pizza and a caesar salad which arrived after waiting 90 minutes. The pizza was delivered cold and the salad was literally just lettuce, croutons, and a cup of dressing. Definitely not worth your time or money.

Came today for lunch with my wife and two sons. I had the shrimp bacon wrap - quite possibly the greatest wrap I've ever eaten. While it had a lot of cheese, it also had a ton of flavor. My wife enjoyed the Mediterranean salad. My son had the pepperoni pizza, and while he is very picky, he loved it. The chef came to the table after we got our food and wanted to make sure that everything was good. It's hard to find that kind of service. Our waitress was the type of waitress that all other waitresses should strive to be like. So very polite, and welcoming. She made us feel like she was welcoming us into her very own home. We will definitely visit again next time we are in the city.

Went last night for the first time with a friend after we left Handsome Willies next door. Got a large pepperoni pie. Came out in about 10 minutes. Piping hot. Waited a few minutes to cool down before digging in. It was delicious! I'm from New York so i know pizza-- i might even be a pizza snob. Chopped it up with the owner, Sal, and one of the chef's, both cool dudes. Drinks. Good pizza. Smoking allowed (for another 90 days). Glad i work in the area as it might be a new lunchtime spot!

Amazing place. Great food and great prices. They stayed open just to make me a pizza when I was studying late at Murphy before a test. Angeletto's is the best

I got the Angeletto's Special at Angeletto's Pizzeria by delivery in New Orleans, Louisiana. I got the small size for $10.25 Ingredients include: Homemade Garlic Sauce, Mozzarella, Grilled Chicken Breast, Spinach, Feta Cheese, and Roasted Red Pepper. Yes it was delicious! Each bite I could taste the garlic and fetta cheese, swallowing the flavor of chicken spinach and red pepper, and finished with a exhale of garlic. Yum... Crust was on the bottom and crispy at the edges. I rate this pizza 9/10 Check out my food blog - foodethismos.tumblr.com

Watch out at this place! They mixed up our order and there was only 3 of us.....plus they added in an 18% gratuity on the bill and it clearly states on the menu that a gratuity will be added on for parties of 5 or more. We won't be back.

I work literally across the street from Angeletto's and never heard of it until about 20 minutes ago when a medical student had her boyfriend drop off her order. The aromas coming from her plate were in every bit teasing, so when I asked her where the food came from, that's when she shed light on Angeletto's. She said the only problem she had with them was that the food takes forever to deliver. So, seeing as though I am having a slow day at work, I decided to give them a call at 2:16pm. The young lady who answered the phone was very polite. I originally ordered the Chicken Parmesan on Italian bread and a side of fries, which are an additional $2. I told her that this was my first time and that I was open to any and all suggestions, and she suggested that I order the Chicken Carbonara wrap. It's basically roasted chicken breast, bacon, mushrooms, green peppers, mozzarella, and their "homemade" Alfredo sauce. Throw in my fries and a Snapple tea and I am good to go. My order came up to $14 (and tax). I am still waiting for the order as I type this. It is now 2:21pm. I will be back to update after the food arrives! *fingers crossed* **UPDATE** My order was delivered to me at 2:40pm. Everything was hot and good. I am not a fan of mushrooms and I couldn't even tell that they had them in the wrap. They weren't overbearingly big. I am satisfied and I can say that I will be ordering from Angeletto's again in the near future!

I work nearby and decided to give this a shot based on the recommendation of Julia S. I was not exactly wow'd by my burger. But the atmosphere was fine and the food was okay. The fries were nice and crispy and I left with the feeling that I'd ordered the wrong thing. So I recommend getting a pizza type item rather than the burger. Or if you must get a burger, get it well done. The beers and large bar are very nice and the place has free wifi. Parking is super easy along the street or in the parking lot directly across from the restaurant.

I love this place!! It is off the beaten path, and has a large delivery crowd in the CBD and French Quarter. The dining room consists of booths, a few high tables, and a large stylish bar. Tin, peach, and black enhance an ecclectic mix of vintage punk band posters, and photos of classic italian actors. Huge flat screens are everywhere as well as a jamming sound system. The Pizza and wings are some of the BEST IN TOWN. Fresh ingredients atop a delicious hand formed crust. If your just wanting a little pizza, go by for a slice! They will make it to your specifications. I almost always eat the margaritta pizza, its something about the fresh basil, garlic sauce, & cheese... & wings. I love this place, but i never have it delivered because I want mine as hot as possible and there is never a wait EXCEPT FOR HOME FOOTBALL GAMES, THATS WHEN IT FILLS UP!!! I enjoy the friendly staff when I dine in too!! The waiter service is very casual, huge plastic cups and all, and the dining room is open super late too! Great for after party munchies. See you there!

--------------ABANDON ALL HOPE YE WHO ENTER HERE------------------ Only fellow Italian Dante could truly capture the hell that is dining at Angeletto's, but my friend unknowingly summoned the great poet when he said- "This burger sucked the soul out of me

Perhaps I should have had the pizza and my review would be different. However, i ordered the portabello and feta sandwich. It was a task to find either of those on the sandwich. The Italian bread was fine - toasted with a very light coating of provolone. The portabello consisted several chopped pieces of well cooked mushroom stingingly scattered on the bread. While I did see some Feta there was not enough to influence the flavor. I took the ingredients off one side and doubled them up on the other side and was still a dissatisfactory sandwich. I may go back as the ambiance was typically for a New Orleans sandwich shop, the waitstaff were attentive and there was a good smell coming from the kitchen. I will order a pizza and hope that they pay more attention to quality.

If you've ever had a Michelina's frozen fettuccine alfredo meal before, then you've pretty much had Angeletto's fettuccine alfredo. It tasted just the same as the frozen meal and the portion size was only slightly larger, but at a cost of about six times as much. It wasn't disgusting, but if I wanted a frozen meal, I would have bought a frozen meal and had more money in my wallet. And that's just the pasta + sauce aspect. I ordered mine with shrimp; I definitely wasn't expecting a couple of the shrimp to still have shells on. It is no fun to unexpectedly bite into an unpeeled shrimp when the rest were peeled and fooled you into assuming that a restaurant wouldn't sneak some unpeeled shrimp in and almost choke you. Because the reviews on this place were so mixed, I decided to give it a try. That was a DEFINITE mistake, and one that I will never make again. I HIGHLY recommend not eating from here, unless they somehow suck only at this one dish, which seems unlikely.

I ordered from this place a few days before fat Tuesday as soon as i got into New Orleans. I will say this they have the BEST PIZZA i have ever eatin in my life. I called and ordered a Supreme pizza minus olives. The Lady told me it would be there in about 30-45 minutes the guy delivered in exactly 25 minutes. The toppings were fresh, the pizza was hot, and it was cooked to perfection. The slices were very filling it will only take one or two for you to be full i ate the pizza for two days. If you are ever in the down town area order your pizza here you will NOT be disappointed.

The pizza here is probably one of best in town and so is pretty much everything else! I usually get the Angeletto Salad for starters(sucker for artichokes) and then finish with some wings or pizza. The place is relatively new and the interior is nice and spacious. It's definitely a great place to dine out or have something delivered from!
